Q Cafe App

Q Cafe is a popular cafe in Papamoa, Tauranga. We gave Q Cafe’s customers a mobile app option so they could have a contactless, pre-order, pick-up choice for menu items during COVID-19 level 3 and thereafter. We made this possible in a very short turnaround time due to the innovative solution we created called Bumpzi, which enables cafes, restaurants and retailers to provide customers with an empowering way to order and collect everything from a coffee to a meal to a shop item.

What is great for Q Cafe – and for all businesses that use Bumpzi – is that ONLY its branding is on the web app and mobile app, thus helping to boost customer loyalty, which in turn can increase revenue. And the monthly price of having Bumpzi works out to be just one cup of coffee a day equivalent. And for the customer, it means they don’t have to queue and can say when they want to pick up an item.
